In the case of products in stock, we will make the delivery: Orders processed until 13:00 will be delivered to the courier the same day, and orders received after 13:00 will be delivered the next day to the courier. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and delivered to the courier on Monday. The delivery cost is 25 lei (VAT included) National and International is 200 lei

According to the law in force, the purchase opt-out is only applicable to individual customers. Thus, the consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he renounces the purchase of the product without penalty and without citing a reason, within 14 working days of receiving the product. Cancellation within 14 days can only be applied to products delivered by courier. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). The return costs will be borne by the customer and the reimbursement of the product's value will be made within 10 days after the return. If the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be resold as new, we reserve the right to refuse to refund the value of the returned product. This clause applies according to OG 130/2000, in the case of purchasing products from this site using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in OG 130/2000 art. 2 lit.e. If the delivered product does not correspond to the specifications on the website, it can be returned without any additional cost from the customer, after a written notification has been sent from the customer in which the lack of conformity of the product will be specified within a maximum of 48 hours from delivery. The customer can request the replacement of the product or the return of its value.

Product warranty

For the product purchased from www.kamaetesvet.com, we offer a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase, only if all maintenance and use recommendations are followed. The granted compliance guarantee does not affect the rights conferred by law on the consumer and is in accordance with the provisions of OG no. 21/1992 on Consumer Protection, as amended, and Law no. 449/2003.
