Delivery

For products in stock, orders are handed over to the courier on the working day after the order is placed. Orders placed on Friday or the weekend are handed over to the courier on Monday. Delivery cost is 25 lei (VAT included) for national deliveries and 200 lei for international deliveries.

Right of withdrawal (14-day return)

If you are an individual consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without stating a reason and without penalties, according to GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights.

To exercise this right, send us a clear statement by email at negrilicabarakaoffice@gmail.com, in which you mention the order number and the products being returned. You may also use the standard withdrawal form from Annex no. 1 to GEO no. 34/2014, but it is not mandatory.

Products must be sent back within a maximum of 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal decision. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Reimbursement of the amounts paid, including the initial delivery cost (at the value of the cheapest standard delivery method offered), is made within a maximum of 14 days from the date we are notified about the withdrawal. We may delay reimbursement until we receive the products or until proof of their dispatch, whichever comes first.

The customer is only liable for the decrease in value of the products resulting from handling them in a way other than necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of these products.

Products excluded from returns

According to art. 16 lit. e) of GEO no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the customer after delivery (for example: drops, oils, creams, gels, toothpaste, cosmetic products).

Non-conforming or damaged products

If the product received does not match the order or the description on the site or has arrived damaged, please notify us as soon as possible at negrilicabarakaoffice@gmail.com, with photos of the product and the package. In this case, you can request a replacement of the product or reimbursement of its value, without any additional cost on your part.

Legal conformity warranty

Products sold on www.kamaeyesvet.com benefit from the legal conformity warranty, according to GEO no. 140/2021 on certain aspects relating to contracts for the sale of goods. For products with an expiry date, conformity is based on the expiry period indicated on the packaging. For complaints, you can contact us at negrilicabarakaoffice@gmail.com.
